How many tasks? Is this particular task started? 2. When can I expect the result? 3. How much bandwidth left on your team? Who should I talk to if my task should be prioritized? 🔵 Why Jira? 1. For a team over 10 people. Jira is the best choice. The unique issue key, comprehensive integration (github, google docs), dependency management, auditing etc. 2. Individual contributors only cares about their tasks. Trello boards can be easily overwhelming ( You only want 3 tasks instead you got 30+ in the board). Jira issue is the best fit where they can dive into task details and oversees all critical data fields. 3. When the team is larger (30+), different people use different fields to track due date, multiple assignees, priorities.
