Hey Product Hunt! I'm Devon, the solo dev behind Gamepan. This one came straight out of frustration. Every game I got into turned into 30 open browser tabs, a wiki in one, a spreadsheet in another, and a Discord full of screenshots I could never find again. I just wanted one place to keep it all, organized the way I actually play. So I built Gamepan. You give each game its own workspace and drop in exactly the tools that game needs: a checklist for dailies, a map for secrets, a table for inventory, a crafting calculator, timers, notes, whatever fits. It's modular and fast, so setting up a new game takes a minute instead of an afternoon. The parts I care about most: it's local-first (no account, no tracking, your data stays on your PC), it's a one-time purchase with no subscription, and it runs on Windows and Linux. Optional Steam Cloud sync carries everything between machines. It's just as good for MMOs, ARPGs, survival and sim games, and tabletop RPGs. 20+ modules, mix and match! Drop in exactly what a game needs: Notes & Session Journal β rich text for strategies, lore, and to-dos Checklists β dailies, weeklies, achievement hunts Kanban & Goal boards β plan grinds and track long-term goals Tables & Inventory β drop tables, gear, resources Calculator β crafting and upgrade cost math Map / Pin board β pin teardrops or category icons on your own map images, grouped and filterable Gallery β screenshot albums with a full-size lightbox Builds β loadouts and skill setups with linked items Collection tracker β complete a set (mounts, mastery, PokΓ©dex, cosmetics) with owned/total, % progress, and optional summed values Stats & Counters β track anything with a number Timers β respawns, buffs, and cooldowns with alerts Calendar β events, resets, and raid nights Skill Tree β plan talent & tech trees with prerequisites, unlock states, and a point budget Whiteboard, Links, Dice, Coin flip, Spin-the-Wheel β and more Would genuinely love your feedback, and I'll be here all day answering everything. What game would you set up first? Steam:
