GainTrail is a workout tracking app built for people who train seriously. Unlike most fitness apps packed with social feeds, challenges, and noise, GainTrail focuses on structured workouts and real progress. It’s designed for strength training and calisthenics, with fast logging, clear history, and a clean, distraction-free UI. This launch opens early access to users who want a simple, no-nonsense training tool and real influence on its future.

GainTrail update 👋
One of the biggest barriers for new users was the empty starting point: before tracking a workout, they first had to understand the app and build an entire plan.
To make the first experience easier, GainTrail now includes a library of built-in workout programs.
Users can:
Browse ready-made multi-day programs
Preview the complete weekly structure and individual sessions
Choose a program that matches their schedule and experience
Add it to their account and customize it instead of starting from scratch
The programs are not intended to lock anyone into a fixed routine. They provide a practical starting point that can be adjusted as training progresses.
I’m hoping this will shorten the path between installing GainTrail and completing the first workout.
When opening a new workout app, would you rather start with a ready-made program or build everything yourself?
