Fundhomes gives me a chance to invest on short term rental with flexible investment budget. I really like the idea of not worrying about picking the right property to invest, and rental management hustles. I got to harvest both the rental income and property appreciation. This is awesome!
The only limitation to call out is to be aware you can only take the money back in a few years, so please plan your finantial goals according.
