Free concrete calculator for slabs, footings, post holes, walls, columns & stairs. Calculate cubic yards, 60lb & 80lb bag counts, and project cost — works like Quikrete and Sakrete calculators but with more features.

How accurate is the cost estimator when you account for waste or overage, and does it factor in regional price differences for materials?
@aslanbaynu67506 Great question! The cost section works by letting you input your own local bag prices. There are no hardcoded prices in the calculator itself. You enter what you'd pay at your local store, and it multiplies by the bag count. The waste factor defaults to 10% but you can adjust it up or down.
For regional differences, since prices vary so much by area, I kept it as a manual input rather than guessing. Would a zip code-based price lookup be useful to you, or do you prefer entering your own prices?
this is exactly what i needed for a backyard patio pour last weekend. loved that it broke down bag counts by both 60 and 80 pound sizes, plus gave a cost estimate that actually matched the receipt.
@kranurgngriz73 Thanks İkranur! Glad the bag counts were spot on for your patio pour. The 60/80lb breakdown is something most calculators skip - they just give you cubic yards and leave you to figure out the bags yourself.
And nice that you used the cost section too. Since it uses whatever price you enter for your local store, it should match your receipt pretty closely.
If your next project has multiple parts (like a slab + post holes in one trip), the "Add Zone" button lets you calculate everything together and get one combined shopping list. Saves running the calculator multiple times.
