Does the widget keep working if my site visitor closes the WhatsApp web view before submitting, and does it store leads anywhere if WhatsApp is down at that moment?

Yes—every lead submitted through Frabon is securely stored in your Frabon dashboard, so you won't lose enquiries even if your phone is offline or WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable. Once everything is back online, you can access all saved leads from your dashboard and continue the conversation. Our goal is to ensure businesses never miss a potential customer

Love that the setup is literally one script tag and you're capturing leads on WhatsApp in two minutes. The float-in pattern feels way less intrusive than the chat bubbles I usually ignore.
