A fair, transparent auction for startup visibility
Fairbid is Foundra's live discovery board for makers. Paste your website, approve the auto-built listing, and choose a one-time bid from $10 to $200. Higher bids rank higher; every $200 max bidder joins a queue that rotates through the #1 spotlight in 30-minute turns. No runaway auction, opaque ad manager, or monthly campaign. Every placement is verified before publication.

Hey Product Hunt, Spencer here 👋
Fairbid started with a simple frustration: good products need visibility before they have an audience, but most paid discovery is either opaque, recurring, or dominated by whoever can keep spending.
I wanted to try a smaller, more transparent mechanism. Paste your website and Fairbid builds the listing from your public metadata. You approve every field, choose a one-time bid from $10 to $200, and join a public board. Bids below the cap rank from highest to lowest. At $200, you enter the Max Queue, where every max bidder rotates through the #1 spotlight in 30-minute turns.
The rules are deliberately public. A placement buys a place on the board—not a promise of impressions, clicks, customers, or revenue. Every listing is checked before publication, and rejected listings are refunded.
I'd genuinely love feedback on the model: does the hard cap and rotation make paid discovery feel fairer? What else would you need to trust a board like this?
