Fotica brings your old photos back to life. Upload a faded, scratched, blurry, or torn photo and let AI repair the damage, sharpen the details, and restore natural color, all while keeping the faces and moments exactly as they were. Rescue the pictures sitting in a shoebox before they fade any further. No scanner, no Photoshop skills, no account setup, just the memory and a clearer version of it in seconds.

the no signup angle is refreshing, just upload and get the photo back feels right for something this personal. curious how it handles really damaged prints versus mild fading.
@yusuf1wl3 Thanks Yusuf! Mild fading and color loss are the easy cases, those come back looking almost freshly printed. Really damaged prints with tears, creases or missing corners take more reconstruction, and results depend on how much of the face survived. If the key features are still visible it usually recovers well. We always err on the side of keeping the person recognizable rather than inventing a "prettier" version. Try your worst photo on it and let us know how it does!
How does it handle group shots where some faces are more damaged than others, does it try to invent details for the really rough spots or just leave them softer?
@rfan6fvt Great question. It restores each face based on what's actually left in the photo, so lightly damaged faces come back sharp while heavily damaged ones are handled more conservatively. We deliberately tuned it to leave a rough spot softer rather than invent details that were never there, because with old family photos a made-up face is worse than a soft one. If a face has enough surviving detail, it recovers surprisingly well even in group shots.
