Hey Product Hunt - Sam here. I built ForwardThis because I found myself spending several hours every day on repetitive email admin. Someone sends a file → save it to Google Drive. A client confirms something → update the CRM record. A date comes in → add it to the calendar. Something needs chasing → remember to follow up. None of it is particularly difficult. There's just loads of it. And it never ends. I tried automating some of this with tools like Zapier and n8n, but kept running into the same problem: automation works brilliantly when you know what the exact workflow will be beforehand.
