Hey Product Hunt 👋 I kept running into the same problem: someone sends me a .mpp project plan, a weird .msg email, or an old .dbf table, and I either don't have the software to open it, or don't want to install something just to look at one file. FormatPeek is a set of free, browser-based viewers for exactly those formats — MPP, MSG, EML, Winmail.dat, XPS, VCF and DBF. Drop a file in, see what's inside, done. Nothing is stored: uploads are deleted right after parsing, and DBF files never even leave your browser. It started as a single MPP viewer and grew into a small toolbox as I kept hitting the same "I can't open this file" wall with different formats. Would love feedback on which format to add next!
