Hey Product Hunt! I'm Shikhar, the maker of FocusOS.
I have ADHD, and I built this to help me ace my exams. I'd sit down to study at 8 and still be on chapter one at midnight. Every blocker I tried was either easy to get around or wanted an account first, so I made my own.
How it works:
• Say what you're working on and open what you need. That becomes your list.
• Lock in. Anything else has to ask first, and Pengu puts his mean glasses on.
• Want your phone locked too? Press Get a key and type it into the Android app. Calls still work.
What makes it different:
• It's completely free, with no paid tier
• There's no account or email
• One session covers your computer and your phone
• Your sessions stay on your device, and nothing goes online unless you press a button
