Hi Product Hunt! I built FlyVox to make conversations across languages feel more natural. Most translation apps interrupt the flow: you speak, stop, tap, wait, and pass the phone back. I wanted translation to work more like an interpreter—continuously listening and delivering translated speech and subtitles in real time. During development, the focus expanded beyond translation quality to the complete experience: audio routing for headphones and speakers, automatic language detection, session transcripts, optional recordings, and AI-generated summaries. Privacy also shaped the architecture, so audio streams directly from your device to Gemini Live rather than passing through FlyVox servers.
