FluxTime combines time tracking with a to‑do list to help you reach your goals. Why does it work? Time is a universal measure of progress. By tying every task to time, FluxTime shows where you are, what’s left, and how much “effort” you’ve invested—so you can plan smarter and stay on track.
This is the 2nd launch from FluxTime. View more

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Link, the solo developer behind FluxTime, about 2,000 hours in.
I kept planning great days and then had no idea where the day actually went. Timers never stuck: I’d forget to start them, or forget to stop them. So I built the app I wanted: plan the day, log it as you go, and look back at what really happened.
How it works
• Today: plan tasks and events on a timeline, and Flux AI suggests what deserves your attention next
• Journal: no timer. Log what you just switched to, and each entry runs until the next one (a tap on Apple Watch, a shortcut on Mac)
• Vision: break a goal into projects and todos, and track progress in hours actually spent
• Review: where your time went, how your energy moved through the day, and whether each goal is on pace
It runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, plus a web app that stays in sync. You can also connect Claude through our MCP server and ask it about your week.
Free to download, with an optional Pro plan.
Feedback I’d love most:
Does logging “as you switch” feel lighter than running a timer, or is it still a chore?
In your first five minutes, was it clear what to do next?
What would it take for this to replace your current planner?
I’ll be here all day replying to every comment. Thanks for taking a look!
