how does the on-premise setup actually work for the voice agents, especially around latency and handling things like call recording in regulated environments
how does the on-prem deployment actually work for the voice agents in practice, like do you need to host the speech models locally too or is that part handled elsewhere?
The on-prem deployment for a regulated shop is huge, and seeing SOC2 front and center saved me a bunch of compliance paperwork. Setup across WhatsApp and email in our test sandbox was smoother than I expected.
solid onboarding and the multi-language support actually worked well on the first try, no awkward translations. the on-premise angle is a nice plus for teams dealing with strict compliance.
