Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built FlowLinker after seeing the same problem repeatedly in complex industrial sales. A customer explains what they need. Sales captures part of it. Application engineering fills in the gaps. Engineering discovers assumptions later. Delivery inherits decisions without always knowing why they were made. The information exists, but it is scattered across conversations, documents, spreadsheets, CRM notes, product knowledge, and most importantly, inside the heads of experienced people. We initially thought the problem was mostly about capturing and structuring customer requirements. The deeper we went, the more we realized that capture was only the beginning. The real challenge is helping teams continuously define the right solution. That means understanding what the customer actually needs, identifying what is still missing, validating requirements against product and engineering knowledge, determining solution fit, preserving the reasoning behind decisions, and carrying that context all the way into delivery. And we wanted the system to learn from the work already being done. Every validated decision, completed project, field learning, and solution becomes part of the company’s operational memory. Over time, FlowLinker can surface relevant answers, previous decisions, product knowledge, and risks at the moment someone needs them, rather than forcing teams to search for them again. That is what FlowLinker has evolved into: an operating system for defining customer solutions, from the first conversation through delivery. We are building it specifically for teams selling and delivering complex industrial solutions, and we would genuinely love feedback from this community on what we have built.
