FloorAI turns floor plan images — scans, photos, PDFs, even rough sketches — into clean, editable DXF files in seconds. No manual tracing, no CAD expertise required. Upload any floor plan and FloorAI automatically detects walls, doors, windows, and rooms using semantic recognition trained specifically on architectural drawings. Export straight to AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any DXF-compatible software.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm FloorAI, founder of FloorAI.
This came out of a really specific frustration: floor plans exist everywhere as images — old scans, PDFs, phone photos of printed plans — but almost none of them are usable in CAD software without hours of manual tracing.
FloorAI reads any floor plan image and outputs a clean, editable DXF — walls, doors, windows, rooms, all recognized automatically. What used to take 30-60 minutes of tracing now takes seconds.
Under the hood it's using semantic recognition trained specifically on architectural drawings (not generic object detection), so it actually understands what a "wall" or "door" looks like in a floor plan context.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone who works with floor plans regularly — real estate, interior design, architecture. What file formats or edge cases should I prioritize next?
I'll be here all day answering questions 🙌
