It’s a must-have for anyone looking to up their email marketing. Plus, the user-friendly interface makes it a joy to use!

Your account will be suspended without any notice I Like - I like the UI, but sometime it confuses me alot - Pricing is reasonable however features are minimal too I Don't like - They will suspend your account without any notice or warning - After account suspension, they will not initiate a refund for the remaining days - They will not even let you export your contacts - Their customer support service is worst - I have send mails to all employees, CEO, CO, marketing team but did not get any respond from anywhere - I have tried to contact them through social media, but they don't reply their - If you are running a business through Flodesk, change your software now, otherwise one day they will randomly suspend your account and send one email and after that they will ignore your mails and messages on social media like they are dead - My business suffered alot because of them - Don't have feature to target those emails who did not open email - Open rate is very low - Most of the emails lands in promotion and spam - Conatcts takes time to load

FLodesk is pretty easy to use and has grow over the years. Customer service is top notch with a supportive community. They could do a better job at email customization or adding many more templates but so far so good.

Best UX in the market for an email marketing software. It’s beautifully simple to use.

What an incredible platform! I was able to not only create a fantastic opt-in form, but I did it without having a website! There is so much to love about this product, and it is much needed in the age of email marketing success! Keep it up ladies :) Highly recommend reading through all the FAQs and Help information before getting started. There is a ton of quick hacks and gold nuggets of knowledge!
