Fliqer turns any video into sharp photos. On-device AI scans the whole clip, scores every frame and picks the best ones. It learns from what you keep and skip, so suggestions get closer to your taste. Enhance fixes soft frames. Nothing leaves your iPhone.

Hi, I'm Egor, solo developer of Fliqer.
The problem: you film a few seconds of something and later want a photo from it. So you pause the video and save the frame. iOS 27 even does that in one tap. But the frame you stopped on is almost never the sharp one. It's half a step before or after the moment, with motion blur on the face.
Fliqer fixes that with a model that runs on your iPhone:
- Best Shots scans the whole clip, scores every frame for sharpness, faces and composition, and gives you the best moments as a deck or a grid. Keep or skip, save together.
- It learns from your keeps and skips. On the device, not on a server. The more you use it, the closer the suggestions get to what you'd pick yourself. You can see and clear what it learned at any time.
- Enhance turns a soft frame into a clear photo: on-device upscaling and noise cleanup, before/after side by side.
- Frame stepping is still there: 1, 3, 5, 10 or 30 frames, full-resolution JPG, PNG or HEIC.
Privacy: videos and frames never leave the phone. No account. Ordinary analytics only, nothing about your media. Anonymous learning data sharing exists as an opt-in switch in Settings, off by default.
Free: library, frame stepping, Best Shots, 10 saves a month. Pro: unlimited saves and Enhance, as a 7-Day Pass (one-time, doesn't renew), Monthly or Annual. The pass exists because most people need this for one weekend, not forever.
Limits: English only, iPhone and iPad only, Enhance on older phones takes a while. Best Shots returns a handful of frames per clip, not every good one.
What would help most: run Best Shots on a clip where you already saved a paused frame and tell me if it found a sharper one. If it missed the moment, send me the clip: support@fliqer.app. And if the free limit or the plans feel wrong, say so.
