FindOurTime makes group scheduling simpler, more private, and easier to join. Unlike tools that require accounts or calendar connections, it lets anyone respond through a private link. Time-zone support, 15/30/60-minute slots, on-deviceics conflict checking, ranked overlaps, reminders, finalization, and calendar sharing are built into one focused workflow. It is designed for teams, clients, families, and friends who want smooth coordination without giving up their calendar data or convenience.

Love how lightweight this feels, no account walls is such a relief for quick scheduling with people outside my team. One thing I'd love to see is optional polling-style input, like letting respondents mark "morning works" or "after 2pm" when exact slots feel too rigid, then have it auto-narrow down to the best windows. Would save a lot of back and forth with mixed-timezone groups.
@codecoffee Thank you — I’m really glad the no-account flow feels useful.
The flexible polling idea is excellent. Letting people choose broader windows like “morning,” “afternoon,” or “after 2pm,” then automatically narrowing those into the strongest shared options, could make mixed-timezone scheduling much easier without forcing everyone into exact slots too early.
I’m adding this to the roadmap. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback.
