FileProof Desktop: Scan, clean, and prove files before delivery

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built FileProof Desktop because sending client files always felt more risky than it should. A folder can look clean, but still contain things you really do not want to send: - an old `.env` file - an API key in a config - a database URL in a JSON export - a private key in a project folder - client emails or phone numbers - a ZIP that changes after delivery Most security tools are either too heavy, too enterprise, or require uploading files somewhere. I wanted something simpler: **Before I send this folder, tell me if there is anything I should worry about.** FileProof Desktop runs locally on Windows. It scans files for risky content, helps create a cleaner delivery package, and keeps proof of what was delivered. It is not antivirus software. It is not legal redaction software. It does not upload your files. It is a practical pre-send safety check for freelancers, developers, agencies, consultants, and small teams.
