Loved the tool!
I noticed that when you click the file icon to upload files, the file finder opens, but it doesn't allow folder selection. However, you can still directly drag and drop folders to create a zip file and share them.

I like the flow of my first attempt, transferring a small file from desktop to an android smartphone. No brainer. Then I tried another one immediately but this time the devices are no longer talking to each other. Second I showed this to a school kid who knows how to use bluetooth transfer from smartphone to desktop. I thought it was a no brainer but when he saw the introductory screen he could not do it. There is not much on the screen to help newbies. However for me the execution of the idea is great on first try.

The transfer from desktop to a mobile device works great, but the other way is a challenge since, when you want to add some files then you will have to leave the web page on a mobile device and that just cuts off the connection, however the connection still shows active on the other connected device
