Would love to see a feature that tracks filament shelf life and humidity exposure, since some materials go bad fast if stored poorly. A simple "use by" estimate based on how long since you opened the spool would be really useful for keeping track of what to print first.
Tracking filament by weight is super useful, but it would be great if it could also integrate with Bambu Lab's MQTT or OctoPrint feeds so it auto-deducts grams as prints finish. That would save a ton of manual logging, and the cost calculations would be way more accurate across multiple printers running at once.
the gram-level tracking is exactly what i needed, most inventory apps treat filament like its interchangeable but every spool is different. this clearly gets how 3d printing actually works.
Spent a few minutes adding my filament spools and was impressed how it automatically broke down cost per project. The gram-level tracking is exactly what I needed for quoting prints.
honestly this looks pretty solid for keeping tabs on filament. one thing i'd love though is a quick reminder when i'm running low on a specific color before i start a big print. like, just a little nudge at the top of the dashboard would save me from mid-print swaps
finally something that tells me how much each print actually costs me down to the gram, the cost tracking alone sold me
