I kept running into a certain frustration while building products because I am not the best at sharing updates publicly, even though I know I should do it more often. Building in public works: it helps attract users, gather feedback, and stay accountable.
The problem was that writing updates felt like a separate task from building, creating more context switching than I wanted. So I built FeatureLogs to turn the things I ship into clear, useful updates I can share across different channels.
It started as a tool for developers, but I’m expanding it for anyone building a product, service, or business. FeatureLogs is completely free and open source, with the long-term goal of becoming an AI agent that can plug directly into your workflow.
