Feature flags are used everywhere, and feature management is built intoNet. But Azure is really the only game if you want a UI for managing those features. So I decided to create something for small organizations and indie devs that want cloud freedom.

After getting laid off, I decided to try my hand at launching my own busines. FeatureFlags.app fits a need that I've personally seen. Back in the long long ago, before the AI uprising, before every search result became an SEO battle royale - getting traffic was almost civilized. You'd submit your sitemap to search engines. Yes, ... plural. Then you'd toss your site into directories where actual humans went to discover stuff. Looking at you, Yahoo.

Now? It's basically just Google and Bing. You politely hand them a sitemap, pray to the algorithmic gods, and maybe - just maybe - they'll index your site. Directories are dead too. Unless you count the enumerable sites that are extremely excited to sell you a $40 backlink with all the SEO authority of a paper bag.

I'm trying to crack the modern traffic-generation puzzle. Maybe there's a secret handshake. Maybe I need to sacrifice another XML sitemap to the gods. Or maybe I just miss the old days, when the internet felt like a neighborhood instead of an endless optimization contest against robots.
