๐ Hey Product Hunt โ thanks for stopping by and checking out Feasibility Pro ๐
Iโm Naiyer Jawaid, CEO at Feasibility Pro.
We built Feasibility Pro because doing feasibility for real estate projects was getting too messy and slow.
Most teams were stuck with:
spreadsheets everywhere
manual calculations
assumptions that keep changing
no standard reports
and long wait times for approvals
It made it hard for developers, consultants, and investment teams to compare different project options or make faster decisions.
Before Feasibility Pro, I spent years dealing with feasibility studies and project evaluations for mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and other developments.
The problem wasnโt the people โ it was the workflow.
Everything lived in Excel, emails, and PDFs, and every new scenario meant starting from scratch.
So we built Feasibility Pro to make feasibility simpler and faster by helping teams:
compare scenarios
update assumptions easily
generate clean financial outputs
and share reports with Investment Committees and Boards
It saves time, reduces mistakes, and brings more clarity to decisions.
Huge thanks to @mohd_noumaan_khan(CTO) for leading the product and engineering side, and @hasshamalam for driving our digital growth and launch strategy ๐
We didnโt set out to build another finance tool, just something that makes feasibility easier for everyone.
Iโm Hassham, supporting Feasibility Pro on digital growth and GTM.
Itโs great to see a tool finally simplifying feasibility without making it overly technical or spreadsheet-heavy. Real estate decisions move fast the tools should too.
Thanks everyone for checking us out and supporting the launch ๐
Building this has been a fun challenge. Real estate feasibility has so many moving parts, and most tools werenโt designed for quick scenario testing or clean decision workflows.
The goal for us was simple:
make feasibility faster, more reliable, and easier for teams who deal with changing assumptions every day.
Excited to see how developers, consultants, and investment teams use it in the real world ๐
