I built FastWindowTimer because many fasting apps feel heavier than the habit itself. Sometimes you do not need coaching, subscriptions, streak pressure, or a full health dashboard. You just want to start a timer, see your fasting and eating window, and understand where you are in the day. FastWindowTimer is intentionally simple: pick a protocol like 16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or a custom window, tap start, and keep going. No download, no sign-up, and no extra noise. It also includes general fasting phase estimates and clear disclaimers, because fasting is personal and not right for everyone. I would love feedback on whether the experience feels simple enough, especially on mobile.
