Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built FastIQ because I was tired of jumping between different apps just to manage my daily health goals—one for timing fasts, another for logging meals, and a third for tracking macros. It felt disjointed and tedious. My goal was to build a minimalist, all-in-one companion that simplifies the process. Love the photo-logging idea, that's the part that always kills me with other trackers. One thing that would help: a quick way to set a recurring fasting schedule for weekdays vs weekends since my routine shifts a lot. Right now I have to manually restart every timer Monday morning which gets old fast.
