Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Suman, the maker of Fast Goblin.
I built Fast Goblin because most fasting apps started to feel too heavy. I wanted something simpler: a clean fasting tracker that helps you start a fast, see your progress, build your streak, and stay consistent without turning into a giant health dashboard.
Fast Goblin includes:
* Fasting timer
* Progress tracking
* Fasting history
* Streaks
* Simple reminders
* OMAD support
* Home Screen widgets
* Live Activities
The goal is to make fasting easier to follow every day, especially for people who want something calm, focused, and iPhone-native.
Fast Goblin is live now, and I’d love your feedback on the app, screenshots, pricing, positioning, or anything that feels unclear.
Also, check the Extras section for the launch offer.
Thanks for checking it out 🧌

Does the timer keep running if I close the app or force quit it on iPhone, and will my Live Activity stay accurate during that time?

@halimepw1r Yes! The timer keeps running even if you close the app. I just tested force quitting as well, and it still works perfectly on my iPhone. Live Activities and widgets stay in sync, too. There's a little witchcraft going on behind the scenes. 🧌

the live activities integration for an active fast is genuinely thoughtful, finally a tracker that respects the lock screen instead of just begging for attention

@remzidarbadyy9 Thanks, really appreciate that. That was exactly the idea. Fast should be glanceable without making you open the app again and again. I wanted Fast Goblin to feel calm, useful, and not attention-hungry.
