Hi 👋 I built this because my family kept saying they'd start "next Monday", and every app I tried was designed for someone already going to the gym. A few deliberate choices: - The plan is rules, not AI. Deterministic, explainable, and it tells you which exercises it removed for your conditions — arthritis, a bad knee — instead of quietly handing you a generic routine. I'd rather it be boring and right. - Your data isn't shared by default. Each person picks what their household can see, category by category, and being the family admin doesn't override it. The privacy page is written from the actual database schema, and Delete my account really deletes. - Worth installing rather than bookmarking: on Android, Chrome will offer "Install app" or "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". It runs full-screen with its own icon, no app store involved — and it still works when you're offline in a basement gym. You can look around without an account. Nothing on any screen is estimated or filled in — every number is one somebody logged.

I cut streaks from a fitness app. My users are my grandparents.

I've been building a wellness app for my own family, and most of the work has been removing things.

Every app I tried to get my parents onto assumes you already exercise. My grandfather is not going to open that. So a lot of decisions went the other way from the obvious:

No streaks. A broken streak makes people quit and the person I'm building for will break it in week two, then never come back.

No leaderboards. The moment my mother sees she's behind her son, she stops. Comparison motivates the people who were already fine.
