I build websites for small businesses, and the same thing kept happening: the owner knows their site looks dated, but nobody will pay thousands up front for something they cannot see yet. So Facelift inverts it. We put a hold on the card, do the work, show you the whole page, and only charge you if you say yes. Reject it and the hold is released. That constraint shaped the whole product, because we absorb the cost of every redesign somebody turns down. The part I am most pleased with is that the AI looks at its own work. It renders the page it just restyled, screenshots it, and keeps reviewing until it is satisfied, rather than writing CSS blind. It does not replace your site with a template.
