I built EZcut for people who clip streams and long videos for TikTok, Shorts and Reels — streamers, editors and clip farms who do this every day.

What it does:

Paste a link (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Google Drive, Dropbox) or upload a file up to a few hours long.
Two modes: “By the minute” splits the whole video into ~60-second clips cut on speech pauses; “Top moments” uses speech, loudness and chat spikes to pick the strongest 20–90 s fragments — each starts with a hook and ends with the payoff, not mid-sentence.
Auto-reframe to vertical: tracks the face, switches to the active speaker, puts the streamer’s webcam on top and the game below, and shows wide shots with on-screen text in full on a blurred background.
Word-by-word subtitles in several styles, in the language of the video.
Branding: your intro footage, banner and part numbering.
Every clip is slightly different in color, speed and audio, so re-uploads don’t look like duplicates to platforms.
Clips are stored for 7–30 days depending on the plan; download one by one or as a ZIP.

Pricing: 1 hour of video free (with watermark), then $15 / $25 / $70 per month for ~12 / 15 / 30 hours of source video.
