When we started building this, we kept seeing the same pain point: most “AI chatbots” were great at answering FAQs, but when it came to real business impact, like qualifying leads, booking demos, or driving conversions, they just didn’t deliver. That gap is what got us excited to build Exthalpy.
From the dev side, the journey was super interesting. We spent a lot of time making sure conversations feel natural and fast, optimizing latency, handling multilingual flows smoothly, and ensuring handoffs to humans are seamless with full context.
Seeing it go from rough prototypes to something teams can actually rely on, has been really rewarding. Excited to finally share it with the PH community and would love to hear what you all think!

What’s been most rewarding for me as a developer is seeing this grow from rough sketches into a tool that companies can genuinely count on. Along the way, we focused on things like keeping response times lightning-fast, making multilingual conversations smooth, and ensuring human handoffs carry full context.
The reason we started Exthalpy was simple: we kept running into the same frustration—chatbots that could handle FAQs but struggled when it came to real business impact. They rarely helped qualify leads, book meetings, or move conversions forward. We wanted to fix that gap.

We set out to solve a problem we kept running into ourselves: the frustration of chatbots that talk a good game but can't actually sell. We wanted to build something that goes beyond answering FAQs and actually drives business outcomes, qualifying leads, booking demos, and pushing deals forward.
From my perspective, seeing this project evolve from a crazy idea into a powerful tool has been incredibly rewarding. We've poured countless hours into building an AI that feels less like a bot and more like an integral part of a sales team. The late nights and hard work were all worth it to create a tool that handles conversations with the speed, context, and nuance of a human.
