Free browser-based data explorer built on DuckDB WASM. Open CSV, Excel, JSON, Parquet and 10+ more formats up to 1GB, then filter, join, pivot, run SQL, chart, and export. Everything runs on your machine, nothing is uploaded, and it works offline once loaded. AI transforms use your own API key or a local model. Plus 300+ one-page tools: converters, chart makers, sample datasets.

Some background on why this exists. At work I kept hitting the same wall: a 400MB CSV that Excel chokes on, a notebook that's overkill for a quick look, and online converters that want the file uploaded to who knows where. So I built the thing I wanted.
ExploreMyData runs DuckDB in your browser tab via WebAssembly. Drop a file up to 1GB and it's queryable in a second. Filter, join, pivot, run SQL, chart it, export to Excel or Parquet. Nothing leaves your machine. Kill the wifi and it still works.
Around the main app there are now 300+ single-purpose pages that do one job right on the page: CSV to Excel, JSON to CSV, Parquet viewer, CSV to Chart (drop a file, get a finished chart, not an empty builder), diff two Excel files, dedupe, split, resample. Plus 66 free sample datasets that actually reconcile, for when you need test data fast.
Every pipeline step shows the SQL it generated. AI transforms run on your own key or a local Ollama model, so the privacy story holds there too.
