honestly this looks super useful, the email delivery approach is clever. one thing though, it would be really helpful if you could add a preview of the first few rows before sending, just so you can confirm the encoding fix actually worked on your specific data before waiting for the email to come through.

That’s actually a really good point. Right now, I have it going straight to email purely for privacy—the data hits the transient memory, cleans up, and gets emailed out instantly so nothing ever touches a database.
But you're totally right, a quick 3-row preview on screen would save a lot of time and give that instant peace of mind before opening your inbox. I'm definitely adding that to the dashboard checklist for V2.
