Hey Product Hunt 👋
Here's the thing that pushed us to build it: on a normal day I'd have one AI tool for code, another for research, another for images, another for video, and yet another chat app on top. Five subscriptions, five interfaces to learn, and I was still the one copying results between them and finishing the work by hand.
So we built one agent that does the whole job, end to end, on your own computer.
💻 Code. It works in your real repositories, and a bug isn't fixed until a regression test fails before the change and passes after. It drives your browser, desktop apps, terminal and servers too.
🔎 Research. It reads papers, PDFs, spreadsheets, audio and video, and comes back with a sourced report or a finished document — not a wall of chat.
🎬 Creation. A director's console with a real multitrack timeline, a canvas you can mark up, and a writing desk. The output is a film, a design or a polished article, made with craft skills for direction, design and writing.
🎮 Games. Godot, Unity and web games, characters that move like people from a video or a sentence, and game AI trained by self-play.
🤖 And if you work with hardware: describe a robot, simulate it on our own physics engine, train it, and run it on the real machine.
Two things we cared about more than features:
Quality. We'd rather it hand back one thing that's genuinely good than ten drafts. It checks its own work before calling it done, and the creative side is built around taste: real layouts, real edits, real type.
Speed and growth. The core is written in Rust and runs locally, so it stays fast on long jobs. And it keeps getting better: it turns your work into memory and refined skills, you can extend it with skills, plugins and MCP, and nothing changes itself without passing a regression gate and your OK.
A few honest notes:
• You bring your own model key (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, OpenRouter) or a local model. We sell feature licences, not tokens, so you're not paying twice.
• Sessions, files, memory and keys stay on your computer.
• Basic is free after sign-in. Creator, Embodied AI and Game Development are optional add-ons.
• Windows and macOS today.
What I'd love from you: take one task you'd normally split across several tools, give the whole thing to EvoForge, and tell me exactly where it falls over. I'll be in the comments all day.
