I’m Adrian, and I built Everway.
I’m from Australia, where everything is a long way away, so I try to get in at least one good-length overseas trip every year. Every time, the planning ended up the same way: confirmations scattered across my inbox, booking references I couldn’t find at check-in, and no easy way to share the plan with my wife, our family, or whoever else was coming along.
The apps I tried never quite fixed it. They were clunky to organise, hard to share properly, and full of upsells for hotels and other extras, which there are already plenty of apps for. I wanted something focused: what our trip actually looks like, how much we’re spending, what we need before we go (visas and the like), and where every booking reference and document lives.
So I built Everway. Each trip gets its own private address, like japan+adrian@everway.ai. Forward your confirmations to it and they become one itinerary that everyone on the trip can see.
The rest, briefly:
Private by default. Everway never gets access to your email. It only sees what you forward.
AI does the admin. It reads every email, PDF and screenshot into the itinerary, files each document and booking reference with the stop it belongs to, and never makes up a detail.
Travel requirements. Each traveller gets a pre-travel checklist: visas, passport validity, health and insurance.
Hotel price watch and cancellation reminders. Refundable stays get rechecked daily for a better price, and you get a reminder before free cancellation ends.
Spending in your currency. Trip costs add up in your home currency.
MCP. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and ask things like "What’s the total cost of my trip so far?"
