EU Withdrawal Manager: Withdrawal requests and returns workflow for PrestaShop

A withdrawal request, a returned parcel and a refund are three different stages. For a PrestaShop store, the challenge is keeping them connected when customer emails, order checks, product quantities and internal notes live in different places. Our approach is to keep a structured case inside PrestaShop: the customer submits a request, the merchant follows the physical return, and the monetary refund is handled through the relevant payment provider and recorded in the case. We built EU Withdrawal Manager for guest and registered customers, including full and partial requests. The workflow also covers inspection, stock decisions and case history.
