Hi Product Hunt! 👋
We built EstateAI because empty property photos just don't sell — buyers scroll past vacant rooms without a second thought. Physical staging works, but it's expensive and slow to coordinate.
EstateAI lets agents, photographers, and brokerages upload a photo of an empty room and get back a realistic, furnished version in minutes — while preserving the original walls, windows, doors, and layout.
We designed it to be simple: no complex prompts, just pick a room type and interior style. Would love your feedback, especially on which room types or styles you'd want to see added next!

This looks really useful for empty listings, and the furnished results look natural. One thing that would save me a ton of time is letting me pick the style of furniture per room, like modern in the living room and farmhouse in the kitchen, instead of applying one look to the whole photo.

@egemeniler26204 That's a great point, and honestly one we've been going back and forth on internally. Per-room style selection (instead of one style for the whole photo) is exactly the kind of flexibility that would make multi-room listings much more realistic. Adding this to our feedback list, appreciate you spelling out the exact use case!

The furniture style options actually look pretty natural, way better than the awkward AI stuff I've seen elsewhere. Threw a staged living room onto an empty listing photo and it blended with the lighting surprisingly well.

@sra82hg Really glad to hear that, lighting/shadow matching was one of the trickiest parts to get right in the staging pipeline, so it's great to hear it held up on a real listing photo. Thanks for trying it out!

Would love to see a side-by-side comparison feature that lets agents show the original empty room right next to the staged version. Buyers always wonder what they are actually getting, and seeing both at once would build trust and close deals faster.

@arifpekgila0cj That's such a practical point buyers (and agents pitching to sellers) really do want to see the transformation, not just the end result. A side-by-side or before/after toggle would also double as a great trust-building tool when agents share listings. Adding this to our feature list appreciate you thinking about it from the buyer's trust angle too!
