Espresso API & MCP delivers curated, high-signal business intelligence through market events and analyzed signals. It aggregates and cross-correlates public data sources — price changes, SEC filings, earnings reports, product announcements, corporate partnerships, stock movements, and more — then synthesizes them into meaningful signals cutting the noise. - Semantic search & filtering - Token optimized MCP-friendly output Perfect for Business Intelligence agents and dashboards.
**What inspired me to build this**
I wanted higher-precision business intelligence and better market prediction without drowning in noise. I kept seeing how macro, geopolitical, and corporate events cascaded into real impact, but stitching that together manually was painful and expensive.
**What problem was I trying to solve**
I needed to filter out the endless crying, whining, and duplicate noise, understand time relationships between events, and connect tangential signals across public data sources — all at a reasonable cost. Espresso is my attempt to solve that.
**How did my process evolve**
We started by building daily internal reports on market dynamics. As I used it, I realized many others faced the same problem. So we cleaned and structured the underlying data, exposed it via a clean API + MCP, and also publish some curated digests through Espresso Publications.
Report
Tried hooking the MCP up to a small BI agent yesterday and the cross-correlation between SEC filings and price moves felt genuinely useful out of the box. Token-optimized output is a nice touch for keeping context costs down.
