Would love to see a quick "last seen location" timestamp on each asset's profile, so dispatchers can tell at a glance whether that generator tagged as "on site" was actually checked in this morning or is just stale data from last week. Could save a lot of follow-up calls.
@serafettin39697 It does in fact do that, and if the last seen timestamp is stale then we alert you that it's stale.
honestly this looks solid, the GPS tracking and return confirmation combo is a nice touch. one thing though, would be great if it could send automatic reminders to field engineers a day or two before their booked equipment is due back, kind of like a nudge to avoid late returns and those awkward follow up calls.
@simgempgc that's a good suggestion. The internal field engineers have a diarised view of what they need to do that day but we don't specially have any features yet for client engineers who have rented equipment. I can see value in adding this to our roadmap.
