Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm an engineering manager and AI architect, and I kept getting the same question from teams: "are we actually ready to build with AI?" — usually mixing up strategy gaps, data gaps, and delivery gaps.
So I built this: a free, 2-minute assessment that scores your org across 8 real dimensions (use-case clarity, sponsorship, data, infra, team skills, governance, metrics, production delivery) and gives you your top focus areas. No signup, results are instant.
It's part of BuildingAI, where I publish free tools + guides on shipping enterprise AI (Spring AI, RAG, LLMOps, agents).
I'd love your feedback — especially: what dimension do teams underestimate most? Anything you'd weight differently?

Love that it skips signup friction entirely, just answer and get scored. The 8-dimension breakdown feels genuinely thoughtful for eng leaders rather than generic executive fluff.

@eypkancaqiwg Thanks, really appreciate that 🙏 That was exactly the intent — most "AI readiness" content is executive fluff, so I built this from the questions I kept getting as an engineering manager: is it a strategy gap, a data gap, or a delivery gap? Which of the 8 dimensions do you see teams underestimate most? For me it's almost always data readiness and production delivery.
