Heya PH! I'm Jeffrey (Jeffy), founder of enterN.
After years of being in the "trenches" of recruiting - I've seen it all: talented jobseekers being ghosted, overlooked, filtered out by broken ATSs, and even rejected because of bias... Because of this, I decided to embark on a journey to launch a platform to kill the resume and build something better in its place.
enterN uses anonymized, preference-driven profiles to match jobseekers and employers on fit, not just keywords. We couple that with a swipe-to-match experience that speeds up hiring, removes biases, and works to make ghosting a thing of the past.
We're starting in the early-career space, partnering with 30+ colleges and universities to roll out the enterN platform as a "digital twin" to their job fairs (to keep the marketplace balanced) and then our focus will spread to career changers, entry-level roles, and general front-line workers: all groups most failed by the current hiring system.
We would love your thoughts, feedback, and ideas on how we can continue to make hiring faster, fairer, and frictionless.
Want to help us #KillTheResume?
Cheers,
Jeffy

@tgolinus Thanks for the feedback! We have been impressed by the feedback from both jobseekers and employers - we have been refining the dimensions and the beta this fall will have a brand new and more-aligned set of preferences that will be mapped to build the profile!

The entire hiring system needs to be reevaluated. enterN is the only credible attempt in the last 10 years
