Where it began
enchorus has a lineage back to 2002, when it began as ProjectOffice: the way one programme of onshore, offshore and contract teams got its work done, every day, for years. As the team grew, discussions, decisions and schedules became hard to follow, and more time went on spreadsheets and reports than on the work itself. Nothing on the market fitted, so we built our own.
