Sent them a few tasks:
- First was completed without hiccup.
- They asked a question about the second, then I answered and never heard back
- The third task never received a response. Several ping emails and a tweet at their @elfworker twitter handle later, no response, and I'm assuming the service is dead.
Was good while it lasted.
We have used services like this before and they are great... until they are not. You need to remember that pricing like this (made possible by remote workers around the world usually) does not include crazy in-depth customer service that you'd expect from a firm that you have a relationship with. Keep that in mind, and it's lovely.

Great way to get some advanced programming done fast! I'm assuming fast anyway. Great little niche service.

Simply wish I could give this more stars. I worked with them for a simple python script and the elf was more helpful that I can handle! Amazing!

You email them a Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Clojure programming task. If they can do it, they’ll give you a price. If you accept, they’ll get it done within 24 hours.
