💡 Bright idea

I have stopped using Payoneer(I was using it for last 4 years) so far and using ElevatePay for most of my business. It's awesome. We need a SWIFT Code(It doesn't have it yet), I hope it'll be added soon. There are some other improvements needed like 3D secure Cards, physical cards, etc. I hope they're working on it.

💡 Bright idea

I have been using the Elevate Pay account since February, and I am extremely grateful to the team for their excellent services and the numerous benefits offered. However, there are a few additional features that would significantly enhance the user experience: Improvement in Local Bank Transfer Time: Currently, local bank transfers take 2-4 business days. A reduction in this time would be highly beneficial. Adding Funds to Mobile Wallet: The ability to add funds directly to a mobile wallet would provide greater flexibility and convenience. In-built Conversational Help Line: An in-app conversational help line, as opposed to the current email-based support, would greatly improve customer service. Physical Card: The option to have a physical card linked to the account would be a valuable addition. Inclusion of SWIFT Code : Many businesses hesitate to make payments without a SWIFT code. Including a SWIFT code in the account details would address this issue. Email Notifications for Account Credits: Currently, only push notifications are sent when the account is credited. Adding email notifications would ensure users are promptly informed. Overall, while the current services are commendable, implementing these features would further enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of the Elevate Pay account.

I'm using this app heavily to move money from PayPal and sometimes ACH, it's great! The customer support is good and responsive, the app is easy to use and to understand I just have two thoughts First, I think the big next step would be multicurrency account, EUR, GBP and CAD come to mind, to be able to receive money from much more countries just like Wise, Payoneer and others. Second, we need more details on the transaction, for example we need to be able to download any transaction when sending money that clearly shows the recipient name, recipient bank details and maybe status of the transfer? Right now you can only see recipients name with transaction ID, no way to tell the bank info. Edit: oh and I know you're working on it but it's important to enable 3D Secure for the card, recently I booked a flight ticket using elevate and the flight company called me and asked me some questions because the card wasn't 3D Secured, it was really annoying. Great app regardless and it's relatively very new, so it should just keep getting better from here, good luck and keep up the good work! Majed

@sykehd we're working on pushing for 3DS with our partner as I know this is critical. We'll get this out ASAP. More transaction details makes a lot of sense. I think it's a quick win and will add a lot of value. Curious if you think a transaction search feature adds value? Multi-currency accounts are a bit harder but also something we're working on

@khalid_keenan thanks for replying, at least a EUR account for now would be great! It would also encourage me to use PayPal less since they take massive fees from me, 4.5% fee then 3% to send to elevate. Having more transaction details is essential when sending money to anyone other than myself or close family members, to give extra ease of mind for the recipient that their money is on the way

ElevatePay is the best thing that has happened for Pakistan freelancers! I cannot thank them enough for considering the Pakistani Market, which had no reliable option other than Payoneer and Wise, both of which recently had been causing more headaches than convenience. I have tried Elevate for the past few months, and all transactions have been within minutes. Then I was able to talk to "REAL" human support, unlike Payoneer where their agents are clueless. The founder is active on LinkedIn and actually listens and addresses concerns (a rare find). The app experience is great overall. I wish to see the feature to generate invoices and payment request links as in Wise, where a client can directly pay. I wish all the best to ElevatePay and hope it continues to grow and expand.

@fatemar thank for the ideas. We're looking at payment links to actually receive payments by card but it honestly requires quite a bit of work with our partners (more reg the tech). As a intermediate solution does generating an invoice on its own to auto send to clients with your bank details add any value on its own? Or does it have to have the card payment as well?
