I can honestly say I don't think I've ever experienced worse customer support from an SAAS company. To add to that, they have incorrectly mapped data from the Google Maps API, which auto-populates addresses for purchasers - this results in a county being shown as the city name, which could mean some people not getting their shipments. I mentioned this to Dukaan, and after several weeks they came back with the answer that their app is fine and Google is sending the wrong data for "locality". That made me do a deep dive into the Maps API, where I quickly realized that "locality" was sending the correct information - but Dukaan was pulling information from "administrative_area_level_2" instead of "locality". I sent this information to Dukaan and they said they would look into it. Two weeks later, without any update, I checked in - only to be told that Google is sending the wrong data... AFTER I had proven to them that they were using the wrong mapping. They still refuse to admit they made a mistake or correct the bug. I've just received word from the CTO that they are going to look into it, if they resolve it I will update this review.

After my trial period ended, I subsribed to their Silver paid plan (quarterly). Instead of regaining access to my dashboard, I am continously being redirected to a pop-up page to upgrade my plan. I am unable to access my dashboard or my data. I literally just subscribed to their paid plan and did not even finish designing the website yet. I tried reaching out to their customer support, which is non-existent by the way, via email to ask for a refund. No response. No acknowledgement. I've already given up any hope of them responding or refunding my payment. It's a pity that an e-commerce CMS platform that's being advertised as made in India is nothing but the shoddiest platform ever made. If you don't know how to build and run a business, just shut it down. What's the point of acting as thieves and stealing people's money?

Good product. But with worst customer service. They will never resolve any issue. Every ticket will have just robotic reply. What ever you ask for they have same reply. "our team is working on your issue on priority" Day 1 to Day 40 reply is same from Dukaan team or a bot.

Never go for their paid marketing services. they have wasted 1 lakh rupees recently and justifying themselves that product prices are high. if that is the case than why they are running ads bcoz prices are listed very first day. Literally very immature people are working at backend. and that's the reason they have disabled google reviews.

Within 2 months of usage they have double the service fee . We spent more than 100 man hours porting our system to Dukaan, now we are stuck with exhorbitant charges of 4% to 5% . Some 3600 Rs. charges has been levied on our account for few orders which were not processed. There is no customer support or any person to contact, and we feel we are cheated by this company. For every sale they want 4% commission this is huge, and we are stuck now

Its awesome marketing company & not a technology company. They have excellent sales force and bad product and even worst tech support. No feature of online support, You can just create ticket and they will keep on sending automatic reply. PLEASE DO ASK THEM FOR REFERENCE OF FEW CLIENTS WHICH ARE MID SEGMENT ( ASK FOR VOICE CALL), WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THERE SALES STAFF AND BIG NAMES WHICH ARE ON THERE PANEL - OBVIOUSLY BIG CLIENTS BIG SUPPORT...SMALL CLIENTS ( RS.36,000/YEAR ) - NO SUPPORT

Overall Excellent,but the website looks trashy when all products appear in 1st loading page. 1. If the options are there to view only categories list, brand story, image with overlay , customer testimonials on 1st loading of our website rather than show the products list. 2. If product the variance have customise colour options from the picture loaded, it will very easy to choose same colour of the product. 3. If we can upload animated banners then our page will little more attention

I'm a small business owner and I've tried many ecommerce platforms but Dukaan has been the best ecommerce platform so far. It's one of the most simple and easy to use and has all essential features required for my business. There were times where I faced minor bugs but their customer support were quick enough to resolve so kudos to their excellent customer support team. I'd have love to give 5 stars but the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the low number of themes. I had discussed about this with Dukaan and they've promised that they'll be soon releasing many new themes.
