I’m building Dropwhat to help resellers spend less time creating listings and managing repetitive tasks, and more time growing their businesses.

Taking product photos is only the beginning. You still need to measure items, write descriptions, prepare listings for different marketplaces, organise stock and keep everything updated when something sells. Dropwhat brings those steps into one workspace.

Our two-person workflow demo shows how teams can process up to 120 items per hour, depending on their products and setup. Publishing, stock syncing, delisting and pricing automation depend on the supported integration. Some image features are optional add-ons.

What sets Dropwhat apart is how these features work together around the everyday reselling workflow. Product photos, measurements, listing content, stock locations, orders and profitability stay connected. The aim is to reduce repeated data entry and make the journey from receiving an item to selling and dispatching it easier to manage.

This soft launch is the start. We’ll be adding more features every week, improving the overall flow and refining the details based on your feedback. We’re also working hard every day to add more marketplaces, especially those offering official APIs.
