Basic text apps don't give you anything back, and ChatGPT doesn't remember anything from yesterday. Dreamz is the middle: a mystical reading per dream, and a Grimoire that compounds over time. Write or voice-record a dream, get back a full interpretation with symbols, omens, and a personal ritual. Every reading saves to your Grimoire, and later readings start referencing earlier dreams. Stack is Expo (React Native) + Supabase + OpenAI, built in about 8 weeks solo, heavily pair-programmed with Claude (asking an AI to help build an AI-powered dream app has some amount of recursion I haven't unpacked yet). Free tier gives you 1 reading per day plus the full journal and 5,700-symbol dictionary, so you can get real signal before deciding on premium.
