A surreal, nostalgic design system built with Next.js + Tailwind v4 — code is the single source of truth, mapped 1:1 to a free Figma Community template. Built around anemoia: nostalgia for a time you never lived. Soft blush pastels meet "The Void." Motion never snaps — it drifts in with ease-drift and sinks away with ease-sink, its mirror curve. 9 components, 5 foundation categories, 3 full-page showcases. Live, interactive, and free.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm a design engineer split between frontend and design — a strange, fun place to live. I built Dreamcore because most design systems I use at work feel correct, but not felt. Nothing has a temperature. Nothing drifts.
So I built one around anemoia — that specific ache of nostalgia for a memory you never actually had. Soft sunset pastels, a "Void" for moments that need gravity, and motion that never snaps: things ease in like they're settling in water, and ease out like they're sinking away.
The code is the source of truth — every token and component is defined in Next.js/Tailwind first, then mirrored 1:1 into a free Figma Community template, so designers and engineers are always looking at the same thing.
Would love to hear what you think — especially on the motion language (ease-drift / ease-sink), or ways to push the "liminal spacing" idea further.
