Congrats on the launch! some landing page notes after I saw "Support is great. Feedback is even better." - My first question is what languages are supported (learning an esoteric one that's not in many apps.), I wasn't able to find it on the landing page but think it'd be a great addition. :) - Would rock to see some app action on the page, maybe with a gif? I make decisions to download 99% on UI 🤣 just some random thoughts, love this name and mission! Good luck with the launch!

Hi @esus, Thanks for the feedback! The languages we currently support are limited due to the limitations of the Google Translation API. However, if you are not using translation, the flashcard and practice feature is suitable for any language. I agree that it would be great to add a GIF to the landing page to show the app in action. I'll make sure to update the page soon. Thanks again for the great feedback!

Congrats on the launch! Your app seems like such a gem for anyone grappling with learning a new language!👏 I'm especially intrigued by the flashcards and spaced repetition feature, as it's a proven methodology for effective learning. Curious though – are the flashcards presented based on a certain remembering curve? And how does Dovi's implementation of spaced repetition compare to other language apps like Anki?

Hi, @dino123 , Dovi indeed use a few methodologies to ensure effective learning. We adapted the Spaced Repetition algorithm from various open-source algorithms like Anki. While our app isn't as configurable as Anki, that makes it more beginner-friendly. Our current focus is providing a one-stop language learning experience that is beginner-friendly, so people can translate, organize, and practice the words they encounter in their daily lives.

@doviflashcard oh wow! I also want to learn Finnish as I'm currently in Finland and want to permanently move here 🙈 This language is extremely hard though so good luck to the founders and me haha Just checked the website - can you download it on Iphone?
